If you require assistance, your first contact should be with the
Vendor of the product or service you're interested in. You can find the
vendor's contact in your Purchase History which is in your account
page.
Log into your account, and go to My Order History. Click on the eye icon of your particular order and then click on the Contact Seller button in the upper right hand corner.

Each brand's office is located in a different time zone which is sometimes many hours away so give them time to respond.
BrandsPass is a platform for Vendors which offers you many more brands types of specialized sports products and services so it doesn't get involved in the sales process which is always handled by the Vendor.
