Pro-tech Athletics: Warranty

Welcome to the Pro-tech Athletics (hereon known as Pro-tech) sports e-commerce website (the "Site", "website") under BrandsPass and thank you for your interest and support of our products and services (henceforth known individually and/ or collectively, "Pro-tech", "we", "us" or "our")

Please read the following Terms Of Return, Exchange & Refund of Goods & Services For Customers ("Account") so that you are aware of your rights and obligations.

Pro-Tec Athletics offers a 6 month warranty for any product that fails to perform up to its initial standard of effectiveness. Any product that is determined by Pro-Tec Athletics to have deteriorated in performance due to a product defect which occurs during normal usage within six months from initial delivery may be returned. Please contact us at contact@brandspass.com if you would like to inquire about the warranty process.

These other circumstances are also covered

  • Good or services were not received by the buyer after ordering the products or services

  •  The good or service was defective, damaged or incomplete upon delivery

  •  Goods or services which are not of the brand, type or specification (wrong colour, size etc) you ordered

  • Goods or services which do not perform the function they are reasonably expected to perform.

  • Goods or services whose expiry date has been exceeded at the time of delivery or the expiry date is unreasonably close to the delivery date such that the product may not be used completely before the expiry date.

The Pro-tech warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear & tear, improper care, misuse, accident, or neglect. Pro-tech retains the right to define normal and reasonable wear and tear standards and reject any warranty claims that do not meet our standards.

Many of the Pro-Tec products use high performance fabrics and materials that can be delicate or easy to damage. We recommend following all fit and care instructions and taking the time to carefully put on the item to avoid accidental damage.

To initiate a request for such a refund or return, go back to your Order History and initiate contact from the item you purchased or send an email to contact@brandspass.com.


To return your product, please make sure it is:

  • Within 30 days of delivery

  • Still new, no signs of wear, tears, damage, cuts, stains, abnormal discolouration, use etc..

  • It must be returned with its original packaging

  • proof of purchase eg an invoice,

  • Email the warranty claim to

Pro-tech reserves the right to decide on acceding to the buyer's request for refunds, cancellations, returns and exchanges.
