Michael Phelps Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Michael Phelps. We hope you enjoy using it and give you the assurance of having it covered by our Return & Exchange policy below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Size and color exchanges are available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability. In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of similar/ higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
  • Please note that all returns or exchanges must be securely packaged and returned in a sellable condition. Any returns or exchanges received in an unsatisfactory condition or lost in the mailing process will be denied and the customer be held responsible.
  • Returns/Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days from order fulfillment. To submit your returns/ exchange request, contact us at contact@brandspass.com with your order number and product exchange information.
  • All postage costs incurred from returns/ exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  • Note: All SALE purchases are final and strictly non-exchange/refundable, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 7 days from order fulfillment.
